Reid hall has been reserved for the 15th and 16th
Opening reception is January 15th and room has been reserved for Jon
Byrd
No fee for current students enrolled in school to enter the show
Show has been sent into Ceramics Monthly for consideration
-Hot clay sale November 12th and 13th
Committees are necessary for a smooth sale and accountability
Raffle group has Sarah m. and Kristen S. because they are the current treasure and former. Setting up the raffle as well.
Publicity needs to get the information out, poster and cards, sandwich boards, etc.
Setup and takedown handles the permits, pens, coordinate getting the work etc.
Form was passed around so members could sign up for committees they chose.
-Make a thon
Like to schedule 2 and have a Potluck sorta atmosphere
Charlie motions for Saturday September 26 from noon to 4

Vote is nearly Unanimous one abstained
Suggestions for October make a thon is on the 11th
Charlie seconds the motion for the same time (12-4)

-Boxes of former work needs reboxed, repriced, and possibly thrown out.
A committee ad hoc for quality control is suggested.
Rachel S. and Hannah P. will work for that.
Nan suggests that the work is broken if it is discarded
-Plaster reclaim table
2 or 3 needed for help, Jon B. and Eric L. volunteer to help Charlie
Plaster money has already been set aside
-Jumpstart
Charlie suggests all attend and that it is an excellent program
A Potluck reception is to be held for the directors of Jumpstart
Charlie motions that we have a potluck on Saturday October 10th

Handbuilding room is motioned by Galen O.
Dandee seconds the motion
Vote is unanimous
-NCECA
Ben C., Dandee, and Charlie are working on a show/space for the 2010 Tampa NCECA
A reunion show is suggested by Charlie that has current and alumni
-Raffle items given and members rejoice
-Next meeting in two weeks, same time same place
