Discussed membership fees (15 student, 48 Non)
Brings in artists to discuss their work and various other resources.
Around 250 active members
GFAA has juried exhibitions and entries are due by November 14, 2009

Sarah Marraffino discussed the pricing process for the sale.
Stickers were distributed and the sheets need to be filled out and handed back to Sarah by Sunday prior to the sale.
All should be there to load on Sunday evening at 4:00pm into vehicles and drive to the Reitz Union where it is unloaded and put in storage till Monday morning where again everyone should be there to put the work out on Monday at 8:00am.
Take down on Monday and Tuesday is at 4:00pm.
Chloe R. and Rachel S. said that they have trucks available.
Posters and flyers didn’t get printed and Charlie C. suggests that we cancel the printing because of the time shortage.
Takedown
Hannah P. mentions that she would like to have a “How to apply to shows” for what came to Currents Show that is currently be reviewed.
This is being slated for some time after Anne Drew Potter’s workshop.
Meagan C. has volunteered to allow the club to use her Credit Card machine during the sale.
After funds have been distributed to her account she could write HOT Clay a check and then the funds would be disbursed to members.
A tutorial of how the machine works could be shown on Sunday evening.
3:30pm meeting ended.
Donations are still being collected in Brian’s studio.
