Visiting artist proposals are due for the friday meeting (tomorrow) please bring images of artist work preferably in powerpoint formatt. Linda will be showing 2009 graduate applicant portfolio photos before the official meeting. When Linda has finished load your powerpoint file onto the projector's computer while the meeting is taking place. Voting on the artist will be one of the last orders of business.
If you agreed to research costs of promotional materials please bring that info as well.
