Hello Everyone
Here is the agenda that we have put together for the meeting on Friday. Please email me if you want to add to the agenda. We are trying to post it online so we don't forget about things.
-Abbreviated Roberts rules of order introduction and meeting format
-Vote on Mark Burleson Money, Cart Money, Slide Paper money
-Clay sale- Figure out when and where. Volunteers for publicity, planning, etc.Schedule Make a thon. Talk about purchasing gift bags for this years sale. Talk about raffle items.
-NCECA- Second MFA show is at the same time as NCECA this year. Estimated attendance from UF for NCECA. Talk about hotels-main hotels are already full. Talk about Hot Clay posters, t shirts, signage for NCECA- We need to plan ahead well in advance this year.
-Discuss clay mixing schedule
